The traditional Festival of classical music CLASSIC OPEN FEST will be held this year in Togliatti within August 5th till August 25 2013.

This year the festival will include performance of the International Youth Symphony Orchestra with musicians coming from France, Japan, Germany, Spain, USA, Uzbekistan, Ukraine, Belorussia, Turkmenistan, and Kazakhstan.
