From 3 to 7 June 2016 in the framework of the Agreement on friendship and cooperation between the cities of Togliatti and Piacenza (Italy) the official delegation of the city of Piacenza (Italy) visit Togliatti to participate in the events dedicated to the celebration of the Day of the city of Togliatti.
